Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), at the side of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their music, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) thru his LiveJournal webpage.
