Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), along with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their music, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) by means of his LiveJournal website.
